IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)

Moisture & Water Expertise

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) sets globally recognized standards for the inspection and restoration industries. As an IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician with hands-on restoration experience, we understand how water intrusion moves through a home and the damage it can cause.

Level I Certified Thermographer

Infrared Imaging

Thermographer certification trains inspectors to capture and interpret infrared imagery accurately. As a Level I Certified Thermographer, we use calibrated infrared cameras to reveal conditions that a standard visual inspection can miss.

Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI)

Mold & Air Quality
