Home Inspections

A professional home inspection gives you the information needed to make confident real estate decisions. Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining a home, our inspectors perform a comprehensive evaluation of the property’s major systems and components, including the roof, structure, exterior, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, insulation, ventilation, interior components, built-in kitchen appliances, and other readily accessible systems. Radon Testing

Radon is a colorless, odorless, naturally occurring radioactive gas — and, according to the EPA, the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. The only way to know if elevated levels are present is to test. We deploy calibrated radon monitoring equipment in accordance with recognized EPA testing protocols and provide a clear digital report explaining the measured concentration, the EPA action level, and recommended next steps.

Sewer Line Inspections

Many of the most expensive defects in a home are hidden underground. Our high-resolution sewer camera inspections evaluate the condition of the main sewer lateral from the structure to the public connection whenever accessible. We identify root intrusion, cracks, offsets, corrosion, deteriorated piping, blockages, and other conditions that can lead to costly repairs, while providing a narrated video and detailed inspection report. Unlike plumbing companies that also perform repairs, Morrison Plus has no financial interest in recommending unnecessary sewer repairs — an independent evaluation without the conflict of interest that can exist when the inspection company also profits from the repair.

Thermal Imaging Enhancement

Our Thermal Imaging Enhancement adds a layer of evaluation that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Using infrared technology, our inspectors scan accessible areas for temperature variations that may indicate hidden moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, insulation deficiencies, or overheating electrical components. While infrared imaging is a valuable diagnostic tool, it is used in conjunction with a visual inspection to help identify conditions that may warrant further evaluation.

Mold & Indoor Air Quality Testing

Indoor air quality directly affects the health and comfort of a building. We collect air and surface samples that are analyzed by an accredited environmental laboratory. Testing may identify elevated mold spore levels and hidden moisture-related conditions that are not visible during a standard inspection, presented in an easy-to-understand report.

Morrison Plus performs commercial building inspections for office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, warehouses, light-industrial and tilt-up facilities, apartment complexes, and more — hundreds of commercial buildings inspected. Every inspection delivers a photo-rich report with an executive summary, general conclusions, and system-by-system findings; larger and multi-tenant properties can add a five-year estimated cost to cure.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that forms as uranium breaks down in soil and rock. It is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, making it impossible to detect without specialized testing equipment. Radon can enter homes through cracks and openings in foundations, crawl spaces, and slab penetrations, where it may accumulate to elevated levels.
