FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilots

Licensed Drone Inspectors

Because drone inspections are a significant part of the Morrison Plus service offering, our drone inspectors hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification — the federal credential required to operate small unmanned aircraft commercially. Team Vista is proud to be part of the Morrison Plus Property Inspections® network of locally owned and operated offices. While every franchise independently serves its own community, each shares the same commitment to professionalism, integrity, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service. Through comprehensive training, proven inspection systems, and ongoing support from the Morrison Plus network, every office is equipped to deliver the thorough, objective inspections clients have trusted since 2007.

Team Vista is owned by Juliana Mantovani, who came to property inspection from a background in real estate. That experience shapes how this office works. An inspection report is rarely just a list of findings — it is what a buyer reads before deciding whether to move forward, what a seller prepares for, and what an agent relies on to keep everyone informed. A report that is vague or alarmist helps none of them. Team Vista inspects to the ASHI® Standard of Practice, encourages clients to walk the property alongside the inspector rather than read about it afterward, and delivers same-day reports written in plain language — routine maintenance identified as routine, and genuine concerns called out clearly, so you always know which is which.
