Yes. The Texoma area is known for expansive clay soils that can cause foundation movement. We evaluate visible signs of foundation performance and related indicators throughout the home as part of every inspection.
Do you offer septic system inspections?
Yes. In addition to home inspections, we provide septic system inspections — an important add-on for many Texoma-area properties on private septic systems. Because most of the system is underground, our inspection is limited to accessible portions and the scope ordered.
What is a sewer scope inspection?
A camera inspection of the underground sewer line that can reveal blockages, root intrusion, cracks, or damaged piping before they become costly repairs.
Do you inspect pools and spas?
Yes. Pool and spa inspections are available as an add-on service — evaluating visible equipment and safety-related conditions of the pool or spa and its systems.

Yes. When roof height, pitch, or condition make walking a roof unsafe, we use a high-definition drone to safely evaluate roofs and other hard-to-reach areas as part of an inspection.
