Texas State License

Steven Fangio is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Licensed Professional Inspector, License #24279 — the highest inspector license the state issues and the credential required to perform home inspections in Texas. As a TREC Professional Inspector, Steven completes required education, testing, and continuing education and follows the TREC Standards of Practice, so every inspection meets the state’s professional and ethical requirements.

Oklahoma Licensed Home Inspector

Steven is a state-licensed home inspector in Oklahoma (License #70003005), regulated by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board. Oklahoma requires home inspectors to be licensed, complete required education, and inspect to recognized state standards — allowing Steven to serve clients on both sides of the Texas–Oklahoma border throughout the Texoma region.
