Morrison Plus was founded by Duane Morrison, a national leader in the property inspection industry with nearly two decades of hands-on experience. Duane serves on the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) National Board of Directors and has held leadership roles with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). His commitment to rigorous standards, clear reporting, and genuine customer care is the foundation every Morrison Plus inspection is built on.
