Our drone pilots fly unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV) equipped with high-definition cameras. All Morrison Plus pilots are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Part 107. The drone helps provide aerial views of hard-to-reach and inaccessible areas, including roof coverings, chimneys, second levels, and other exterior areas of homes and commercial buildings. Some of the various defects a drone will see range from damaged/missing roofing tiles, inadequate drainage plans, incorrect flashing, cracked skylights, cracked chimneys, and missing spark arrestors.
