Morrison Plus Property Inspections was founded in San Dimas, California on January 1, 2007. While, initially, the company only inspected home and commercial properties, the demand for our services increased, and we now offer an array of additional services. These services include sewer scoping, chimney inspections, mold testing, pool inspections, and infrared thermal enhancements.
Our founder Duane Morrison began working out of his home with his wife Rosanna. After two years, we trained new staff, and the company quickly became a multi-inspector firm. In October of 2017, we began offering franchises and helping others become successful inspection company owners.
Duane and his wife Rosanna enjoy living in Glendora, California.
