Our company has an extended history operating in the Southern California neighborhood.
Morrison Plus Property Inspections was founded in San Dimas, California on January 1, 2007. While initially the company only inspected home and commercial properties, in recent years the demand for our services has increased and an array of additional services are now offered. These services include sewer scoping, chimney inspections, mold testing, pool inspections and infrared thermal enhancements.
We started with the founder Duane Morrison working out of his home with his wife Rosanna scheduling inspections for him. After the first two years, we began to train new inspectors and the company quickly became a multi-inspector firm. In October of 2017, we began offering franchises and helping others become successful inspection company owners.
Duane and his wife Rosanna enjoy living in Glendora, California.
