The presence of mold and fungi in your living quarters not only is an unsightly eyesore, but can create not only unpleasant odors, and mold and fungi spores can be a source of health concerns for those who suffers from asthma or respiratory health concerns.
While mold is a natural occurrence outdoors and beneficial to the environment, inside the house it is more than just a simple nuisance. Testing for the presence of mold to ensure a clean and safe environment to live in should be part of your regular home and commercial property inspections.
Your home is a veritable cornucopia of food sources for mold to grow. Areas such as walls, floors, behind an appliance, under carpet or beneath furniture…Any area that can trap moisture in a high humidity room such as bathrooms and kitchens, are susceptible to mold growth. Once our inspectors have identified sources of mold growth, you can request additional testing done for further information and mitigation advice.
We provide analytical mold testing and laboratory analysis services for visual and non-visual fungi and molds. We only use AIHA accredited laboratories. Testing consists of:
- Swab samples of visually observable microbial growth.
- Indoor air-quality testing samples.
